Hi, I’m Kyle — the founder of Seniors Tech Line and a dad living in Collingwood.
I started this service after seeing firsthand how many seniors, my parents included feel left behind in today’s fast-moving digital world. Too often, they’re expected to just “get it,” without anyone taking the time to guide them.
Why We Started Seniors Tech Line
We started Seniors Tech Line because we’ve seen firsthand how frustrating and isolating technology can be for seniors. As a young family living in Collingwood, we watched our parents and neighbours struggle to adapt to a world that expects everyone to be digital without giving them the support to get there. Simple things like sending a photo, joining a video call, or checking email can feel overwhelming. And sadly, there aren’t enough patient, accessible resources to help.
We believe that no one should be left behind just because technology has changed faster than they could keep up. Seniors Tech Line is our way of bridging that gap - one friendly phone call at a time.
